A super powered healthy liver detox smoothie with bee pollen. Smoothies are a wonderful way to get maximum nutrients into the system, they can support detoxification & cleansing, replace a meal and hydrate you. Please be cautious if you have a tendency to feel cold, get digestive upsets or suffer from obsessive thoughts smoothies may not be the best for you. Smoothie are cold & damp but can really powder you up with goodness if your digestive system can handle it. This delight will cool & cleanse the liver and blood.
INGREDIENTS
- almond milk 1 cup
- filtered water 1 cup
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup mango
- 2 sprigs coriander roots included if possible
- 2 sprigs mint (leaves removed from stem)
- Liver Cleanse Powder 2 scoops ( Naturopathically prescribed)
- Slippery Elm 1 teaspoon
- Moringa leaf 1 teaspoon
- Udos 3,6,9, oil 2 tablespoon
- ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon
- turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Bee Pollen powder 1 teaspoon’
- Brazil nuts chopped 2 tablespoons
METHOD
Blend all ingredients together except the nuts, I add the powders in last. Blend till smooth then add in the nuts and lightly blend to keep a little textured crunch.
If you have a blender, thermomix or vita mix this allows for 2 servings or a bullet best to cut the liquid & ingredients down by 1/2.
