Carrot x 5
Cucumber 1 whole
Mint 3 sprigs
Lemon 1 whole
Beetroot 2 large

Juice all ingredients add two tablespoons of Chi seed gel.

Chia seed gel – in a large jar place 2 heaped tablespoons chia seeds add 500ml filtered water & shake well. Keep in the fridge for use in smoothies, over muesli, in iced tea, mix in yoghurt or drink as is for added omega oil goodness.
